Evergreen Residential Property Services was established in April 2007 in Rochester High Street with the aim to provide a friendly and professional service to landlords and offer sound and accurate advice backed up by our own extensive experience in the property industry, having trained with and become members of both ARLA and the NAEA, and as landlords for over 10 years.

Through word of mouth from some very happy landlords our services have been required more and more in Gravesham and Dartford, so in 2009 we opened an office in Gravesend.

We can provide professional assistance and advice on Letting and management of properties, repair, maintenance and refurbishment, insurance queries and energy efficiency.
Being a letting agent and managing a landlords property will hopefully be a long term relationship. This requires honesty, reliability and professionalism which is why we try to offer a service which is second to none.
